RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be in new and unused condition.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. This will help expedite the process. Securely package the item in waterproof packaging and include your name and order number.
* Please note, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 5 working days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange before shipping it to you. Refunds may take 5-10 working days to appear on your card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalised items
- Sale items (including pre-made, market night, and mystery sales) are FINAL sale
